PwC - 10 Minutes on Transitioning to IFRS

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has released a new publication called 10 Minutes on Transitioning to IFRS. It provides a high-level overview of the most important issues in IFRS transition, including how management communicates with investors post-transition; how some companies may need to change their business practices with customers and vendors; and how the transition will affect compensation. PwC emphasizes why it's important for senior executives and directors to start weighing and preparing for the implications of transition.
