Canada - IFRS Immersion Course in Toronto

The Chartered Accountants of Canada are offering an IFRS Immersion Course on October 13-16, 2009 in Toronto, Ontario. This four-day program provides comprehensive coverage of important International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) including: financial statement presentation; fair value measurement; property, plant and equipment; financial instruments; impairments; provisions; and revenue recognition. The program includes in-class technical lectures and facilitated workgroup sessions using case studies designed to illustrate the application of concepts and information learned in the lecture sessions.
