IASB - Review of the IASC Foundation Constitution

The International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation (IASC Foundation), the oversight body of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), has published for public comment proposals on the second part of the IASC Foundation Constitution. The objectives of the proposals are to enhance governance, improve the involvement of stakeholders with a broad range of perspectives in both developed and emerging markets, and make operational improvements.
